RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
You may return any item within 7 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lumdoom.com. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at support@lumdoom.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@lumdoom.com as soon as possible. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and provide a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
